Well, we finally caught up to Mr. Reesing today in Lawrence, at Crown Chevrolet, where he was signing copies of his newly published book, "Rising to New Heights." We bought some copies of the book, spent some time talking with Todd and then took advantage of the good photo opp. It was great meeting the Mr. Todd Reesing. He was really nice and he was overjoyed to finally meet "The Reesing," as he put it. He'd read the newspaper article on our family

Reesing and Todd discuss the book and Todd tells her which chapters are the best and suggests that they should get together and grab some juice and discuss it once she's finished it.,
Reesing then decides to give me a poke and rubs it in by saying, "Did you just hear that?"

Wow! Todd sure looks like a swell guy, doesn't he Reeser? Manning, I'm so glad your little sister finally got to meet the man who inspired her name! I can sure tell you two are "PROUD TO BE A JAYHAWK!"
