A happy garden

Reesing's preschool class takes turns sharing the bible story each month.  This month Reesing was the star of the program.  She was the gardner who did all the right things to make a garden grow.

Planting the seed in good healthy soil and watering her plant.
Out comes the sunshine!

A happy garden. Lesson learned...if you do happy things to/for others you'll grow a happy heart inside.

A day at the races

After taking last season off Manning is back on the race track. He had his first, of many to come hopefully, of the season. A little confidence and some more "seat" time it'll be as if he didn't miss a beat. We love being back at the track and seeing all of our race family and friends again. Good luck this season Mans! Go get 'Em!!! Love you!
KU giving Manning a good luck speech and some advice before the race.

Spring kid's fair

Check this out...ReesyBaby holding a really long snake. Gross. She loved it but when she was done she wanted Mom to grab it off and Mom wanted her to patiently wait for the nice Pet Store person. Yep, Mom, Manning & KU wanted nothing to do with it. ReesyBaby was the bravest of all!

Magic tricks...one of Mans favorites.

And a big lunch sack mascot...KU's favorite.

Spring has sprung

And so has the Urish family calendar. Manning is staying busy with baseball and racing. Reesing has been busy with dance and cheer. KU has been very busy being KU. Dads busy with his gig and moms busy with her gig. We're keeping afloat, but not without a lot of smiles sand some fun.

KU is our little dare devil.  She'll shadow whatever her brother and sister do and loves to climb/jump all the time.

Manning had a great 1st weekend of racing.  We're headed back for more this upcoming weekend.

Reesing is now a G-Force Jet cheerleader. Congratulations Reesy Baby!!! We couldn't be more proud of you.  She loves it and will have a few competitions this next year.  She's really excited about the program and never quits hopping up and down from excitement every time she goes.

Every once in awhile...these busy kiddos do find some time to sleep.

Reesing is also in a dance class at Point A dance studio.  She's been working hard all winter and spring and will be performing on the big stage to "Dig a Little Deeper" on May 9th.  We can't wait for her to make her stage debut!

This is a preview of Reesing's dance costume. KU modeling the dress on Reesing's behalf.

Kindergarten Roundup for Reesing

Reesing could not be more excited to start school and today just confirmed it. Reesing and mom went to kindergarten round up and had a great time!  They met   a lot of new people, got to visit the classrooms & get ready to start thinking about kindergarten. For the next 4 months I think we're going to be hearing, "how many days until kindergarten starts?" a lot. Good luck Reesy Baby! Great job on being a big "not shy" girl today at round up. You're going to rock it!

Happy 40th birthday Dad!

We celebrated his birthday appropriately....with sombreros, chips & cheese dip, 3 hours cleaning his vehicle only to accidentally bomb his newly cleaned vehicle (and the entire garage, work bench, tools) with orange paint balls that came crashing down off of a shelf, all while trying to run his car battery down while cleaning and leaving a light on!  A birthday for the books and one to remember, but this family doesn't seem to really work any other way.  What a way to remind you that you're now 40!   Despite the attempt to sabotage your loved vehicle in every way possible, we do love you with all of our hearts.  Each and every one of us would be lost without you. You do so much for our family and ask for so little. Thanks for being an awesome dad.  Thanks for all the love and support. Thanks for making it to 40!

And special thanks to this lady for brining you into this world!

Easter 2015

The Easter holiday was a good one. The Easter bunny found the house and left lots of treasures behind. We did our fair share of coloring Easter eggs & prepping the house for the bunny's arrival. Manning -8, Reesing- 5, Kawlins-2.
