D-A-D-D-Y and Daddy was his namo

Happy Father's Day to all of those wonderful daddies out there. I was to especially thank my daddy because he is the best daddy a boy could have. He's my best friend. You'll rarely find one of us without the other. He's already taught me so much within my 2 and 1/2 years and I'm so excited to keep learning. My dad had a great Father's Day. A t.v. day filled with Rocky Balboa movies, Nascar, U.S. Open, and Royals baseball on the tube. My dad couldn't help but flip the channel and land on either sports or some type of "manly" show to watch. It was "Dad's" weekend and I think he had a pretty good one. Anyways, mom and I love you very much Dad. Thanks for all that you do.

It's always nice to have a mechanic in the family

I've spent some time at my Uncle Willie's automotive shop watching him work on cars, not to mention the countless trips to my Grandpa Rod's shop where at any time you might find my dad, Grandpa, Uncle Mike or Uncle Willie working on quarter midgets or their own vehicles. I've taken lots of notes, studied all of their moves and have put the tool set that my Aunt Julie gave me for my birthday to good use. Fixing my cars has turned into quite the hobby for me.

"Big Eyes" recruit has finally signed for 2009 season

Mom, dad and myself made another trip to see Dr. Moreano a few weeks ago. The good doctor confirmed for us that our 2009 draft pick is indeed a baby sister. We got to see her wiggling and squirming all around. Everything looked healthy and baby appeared very happy so all is good. We'll keep you updated as we get closer to game day. Game day is tenatively scheduled for September 28th, so we have a little over 3 months left to go. Enjoy the pics, and don't worry if you can't tell what it is because mom, dad and myself were in the room when the pics were taken and sometimes we still don't know what we're looking at.

This is baby sissy with her hands up around her face playing with her nose and rubbing her eyes.

The next shot is the butt shot. This is the shot they use to tell if it's a girl or a boy. Look at it as if baby sissy is sitting on a glass shelf and you're underneath the shelf looking up. They tell us that there is no stem on the apple and we hope that they are right and are not misleading us. Baby sissy is going to love me some day for posting her butt on the internet, but hey, that's what big brothers do.
The last pic is Baby sissy's feet. She stretched out her legs and nicely placed her little feet together for a nice footprint shot.
