KU lunch buddies

KU started the lunch buddies group at preschool. She stays a little longer to play after school & eats lunch with her friends. She really enjoys it & is wore out afterwards. She's going to miss her friends  during the summer.

We have a new family pet

Courtesy of baby KU! Meet little Goldie. He came with a very easy maintenance plan. Mom can't forget to feed this one & he's super low maintenance. The most ideal pet for our crazy family.

GForce Sedalia competition

Reesing and the Jr. Birdman squad competed in the State Fair Dance & Cheer competition at the end of spring break. They did really great finishing 2nd out of 6 teams. The 2 practices leading up to the competition were really rough & the girls were nervous, but when the time came they nailed every single move. We couldn't be more proud of Reesing & the rest of the team. Great job girls!

Dentist appointments x3

How did we celebrate 3 awesome report cards? With 3 awesome dentist appointments, of course. This was the first time KU sat in the chair the entire time & even took x-rays. 3 appointments/cleanings = no cavities...yay! Great work kiddos.

Kan Doo Hoops

The boys had a great season of basketball. The season has come to an end. Manning got to play with his cousin, Miles, which was a lot of fun. Great work team!

GForce in full force

Reesing & the other 4 GForce members of the Jr. Birdamn squad competed yesterday in Kansas City at Municipal Auditorium. They did so great. It can be overwhelming to walk out on a huge stage in front of lots of people in a huge arena with the music so loud that it's so hard to hear and/or concentrate. They had complete focus & listened to their coaches every step of the way. It was awesome to see these girls come together as a team & finish strong. We are so proud of you Reesy baby!!! We love our little Jr. Birdman. So happy that they pulled through for a fabulous performance. Overall they finished 3rd & that was a huge accomplishment, which they can all be so proud of. 

Valentine's Day 2016!

Mom left town for over a week right before Valentine's Day this year, so there was a lot of pre-planning for Valentine's Day parties. Mom made it home in time for Valentine's Day, but missed out on all of the school party fun. It sounds like a good time was had by all. Everyone has shared their Valentines, except for the 9 year-old boy....  Not sure what that means....  In lieu of Valentine's Manning decided to give out baseball cards to all of the boys, which was a big hit, and a great father/son idea! Manning - 9 years old, Reesing - 6 years old, Kawlins -3 years old
